Customers who purchase from our website have 14 days in which to return items you have purchased. Returns must be in the whole original pack supplied directly by ‘S. S. Pandian & Sons’ and it will only be accepted if there is no tampering of the actual product packaging seal. Customers acknowledge that the foregoing condition is essential in order to adhere to the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene in relation to the products and any and all damage/removal/tampering of the product packaging seal will result in any request for return of the products being rejected. Returned goods must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice or a letter which must give details of customer name, address and the invoice number.
In the event of the customer not being entirely satisfied with their purchase, notification must be received no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. A credit/refund will NOT be issued if this condition is not met.
Refunds are not given on the delivery cost paid by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customer is liable for the cost of returning goods to the return address. The customer is advised to obtain a proof of delivery in case the returned items are lost or damaged. Goods accepted as returns will, unless otherwise agreed, be subject to a handling charge at the rate of 10% of the value of the goods returned to us.
Refunds for your purchases will be processed and credited to your designated bank account and a processing time of 8 to 14 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
